Understanding the Client’s Need and Set Process Expectations
Every great match begins with understanding the clients needs and vision for the opportunity. Key stakeholders are interviewed to gain a well rounded view of the requirements based on the organizations needs and culture.
In addition to the job description, we will determine the “must-have” vs “preferred” criteria for the role.
Unlike larger firms, Knight & Associates can start right away due to firms ability to be selective on what clients and search assignments are taken on.

Telling the Story
Almost all of success placements are consummated by direct recruiting methods, networking and referrals. The labor market is tight, skeptical and distracted, therefore crafting the right messaging is essential for success; it is vital to have a compelling story to share that will appeal to top-performing talent.

Market Feedback
We make 100-200 outbound calls to passive talent within targeted organizations. During this process, we will gather firsthand feedback on what professionals are saying about the opportunity and share that feedback in real time.

Choosing the Right Match
In pre-COVID world, the average industry-wide time to fill key searches was 30-45 days. Today's tight labor market and post-pandemic workplace is requiring more time and strategy to secure the best candidates. 45-60 days is now more of the norm, depending on its complexity.
Our goal is to provide clients a short list of three to five candidates as expediently as possible. If both parties have aligned well, the client will have choices to make the right hiring decision.
